I love our OTR fleet, having been able to go across the country feels far more rewarding than the same old routes with our old fleet. Sometimes the road can feel long when there isn’t much to look at, but James and I can seem to keep conversation to entertain us.
Tennessee was a state that I have wanted to drive through since I was a little girl and had seen it from an aerial view on a plane ride to Ohio. I will never forget how that section of land looked so lush and green. I made sure to get a lot of photos of that state. Hopefully once we have gotten into the grove of going over the road we will be able to plan trips to certain cities to experience the culture and amazing food.
We passed through Kentucky, but only a small portion and sadly I did not get photos. The highway took us to Illinois next. We experienced some strong weather in IL and even had tornado warnings, but made it out safely.
Missouri was our next state and while it did have some of the same landscape, it was exciting to pass through St. Louis and get some great state landmark photos.
What an amazing leg of our trip!
